I really love photographing festival marquee weddings and this stunning June wedding day in Liverpool brilliant one! Katherine & Matt had a gorgeous day which made for a very relaxed and loved up vibe, just perfect really.

I met the girls and family at Katherine Ormskirk home where the marquee was set up. Helen, my second shooter went to see Matt and the guys to get some groom prep portraits and document their morning.

They planned their Norhtwest wedding at their local Church and then headed back to the marquee where all the guests arrived first and the couple followed, being greeted by a confetti line for the newly married couple.

A relaxed drinks reception with artist Samwise signing the most amazing tunes on loop, check him out!

Guests were called into the marquee for the emotional speeches by father of the bride, groom and best man. Portraits were minimal as the couple would rather spend time with their guests so we broke them into two 15 minute sets.

Have an amazing honeymoon! The atmosphere on the day was just wonderful, I loved being part of it. Helen & I were made to feel so welcome, thank you.
