Maternity Photographer

Maternity photographer based in the heart of Cheshire.

I recommend to wear something comfortable, one plain colour and fitting, feel free to bring a few outfits.
I believe in capturing this moment when it feels right to do so. This will be different for everyone – for a variety of reasons. Be mindful that your bump will probably be most defined when you are between 28-36 weeks pregnant (or 24-28 weeks if you are expecting twins or multiples). After this point in your pregnancy, you may start to feel a little more tired and uncomfortable moving around. Your baby may also make an early appearance with most babies arriving at some time between 37 and 41 weeks. If you are nearing the end of your pregnancy and are yet to book your shoot, I may have last-minute availability. Please don’t feel you are too late if this is the case.

So many stunning Cheshire outdoor locations for your shoot and with the different seasons we can choose a descreet place to go.
It will be a relaxed photography session and you’ll have gorgoues images to look back on.

Are maternity photoshoots worth it?

So, it’s especially important to capture these moments because you won’t be pregnant forever, and your pregnancy will fly by quicker than you anticipated. Having maternity photos to look back on will be a standing reminder of that magical time when new life was gestating inside your belly.

What to wear?

One of the next things you might start thinking about is what you’ll wear. The style and colour of your clothes have a big impact on the overall look and feel of your photographs, and I completely understand that choosing what you wear to your photo shoot can feel like a big decision.

I would recommend a dress and then add to the base, a scarf, a kimono or jacket and then this way we can take these item of clothes off and change up the shoot and images.
