Colshaw Hall Cheshire // Matt & Pernilla

Matt and Pernilla tied the knot this October at one of Cheshire’s best wedding venue’s Colshaw Hall and I was lucky enough to be there to capture it for them.

Now I’ve been to Colshaw Hall a number of times but Matt and Pernilla’s beautiful choice of flowers blew me away and made this popular Cheshire wedding venue look utterly amazing. Ice blue and cream floral arches festooned the ceremony room and Pernilla’s seven bridesmaids all dressed in stunning navy-blue dresses and carrying gorgeous matching ice blue and cream bouquets fitted in perfectly. They even had cut outs of their beautiful grey blue cats waiting for them at the top of the aisle, alongside their gorgeous little boy Archer who was the cutest thing in a little suit all dressed up for his Mum and Dad’s big day.

After the ceremony under a shower of blue and cream confetti I took the newlyweds out to the gardens, where the Autumn yellows were in full swing for some couple’s portraits and some fun and fabulous group shots and then it was in to the hall for the reception.

The elegant, fresh theme continued with the cake and the table decor and everything looked amazing for the speeches (there were shots!) and wedding breakfast. It was lovely to see that family had flown over from Pernilla’s home country of Sweden for the couple’s big day.

They danced their first dance to Elton John’s “Your song” and then after a bit of bopping on the dance floor (I didn’t want to leave!) it was time for me to go home.
