Maternity family shoot // Marbury with with big brother Devon
Jen booked the maternity family shoot at Marbury to get family images of Devon before the new baby arrived. I met with them on a sunny day at Marbury in Northwich, Cheshire; it’s one of my favourite mini shoot locations as there are so many spots to shoot at including the steps, the lake and the woodland area.
What was your favourite part of the shoot – “All of it! Jess made us feel at ease and was great with our 2 year old, managing to get him to pose for shots without a fuss. It was lovely walking around the park and Jess knew exactly where to go for the right shots”
What was a Memorable/emotional/funny moment on the shoot? – “When my toddler put his hands on my bump and we managed to get the most beautiful family picture of us all. It was just special to capture the moment of just the 3 of us before the new arrival.”
How did you discover me and why you chose me to photograph your family? – “We saw that you did a lot of weddings at Abbywood Estate which is where we got married and so we saw some of your work which we we loved.”
Abbeywood is one of my favourite Cheshire wedding venues in the North West.
A little review……
It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and Jess made us feel so comfortable, most shots were candid and felt natural even my husband was pleasantly suprised at how easy it was. Jess is great with kids and knows how to get the perfect pictures. We will would rebook in a heartbeat
