Inglewood Manor Wirral // Gemma & Glynne

Inglewood Manor on the Wirral is a beautiful luxurious Edwardian Manor House wedding venue, just on the outskirts of Chester.  The Wisteria-clad walkways, neatly planted gardens, manicured lawns, pretty ponds and shimmering lakes all contribute to an unforgettable setting for your wedding day. Gemma & Glynne chose to have a Winter wedding, although the weekend that they married in February was one of the highest temperatures on record! Absolutely glorious and the sun shone for the newly-weds and their friends and family.
I met Gemma at her family home for morning preparations with the girls, they married at Parkgate Church and then headed to Inglewood Manor for the reception.

They planned a relaxed, fun wedding filled with all their favourite people, so much love in the room! Gemma said “Highlights of the day for me were when the vicar dropped Glynne’s wedding ring, being early to the Church (I’m never early!!) The Speeches, especially my mum doing a surprise speech and also our first dance to Ed Sheeran – Thinking out loud”. They didn’t have a theme for the day, just wanted a relaxed day with the colour palette being fairly neutral using navy, ivorys and greenery. The room at Inglewood was beautifully decorated by Heather Feather.
The couple got engaged in Fiji, they went to look at the sunset on the lookout point – such a romantic location and nobody was there apart from a little fishing boat. My travelling couple are currently honeymooning in the Seychelles – hope you are having an amazing time!

The couple found me from a recommendation from Kelly & Stu’s Sheldrakes wedding on the Wirral a few years back, they stalked me (Gemma’s words 😉 ) ever since and loved my style and relaxed photographs.
