Arley hall is a stunning Cheshire wedding venue and hosted Lauran & Chris’ blessing in June. They celebrated in the Crook barn, the main hall for their wedding breakfast and then Olympia for the dancing.

Anniversary of our 4 years married (we a small ceremony before)
Anything about how you met/proposal story
We met on the first day of University 8 years ago and have been inseparable ever since. After 4 years, we got engaged and moved to America
Your inspiration/style/aspirations for the day
We wanted a non-traditional, relaxed day to celebrate our marriage with those closest to us! Arley Hall was a beautiful venue that we knew we wanted from the second we arrived to view it, the venue almost dictated the style as it didn’t need a lot to make it look beautiful.
Memorable/emotional/funny moment on the day
Memorable – First look; It was a really cute moment together and we wanted as much time with our friends and family after the ceremony
Emotional – The Ceremony; Our best friend conducted the service and we also had personal vows
Funny – Confetti; My niece fired the confetti canon right into my face!
How did you discover me and why you chose me to photograph the day
You were recommended to us by the venue and from the moment I saw your Instagram and website, I knew your style was everything we wanted. Neither of us are very posy or comfortable in front of a camera, so your relaxed, documentary style was perfect!

Any advice for couples planning their wedding?
Make the day everything you want, you will never please everyone so don’t try!
Are you going on a honeymoon?
We plan on having a minimoon back in America and going somewhere special next year!
