Chloe & Aidan – A Fun, Joyful, and Wholesome Celebration

Chloe and Aidan’s wedding was exactly the relaxed, happy, and heartfelt celebration they had envisioned. They chose 24th May 2025, a bank holiday weekend, so guests could enjoy an extra day to recover – a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a joyous weekend.

The couple met six years earlier at university, thanks to a modern twist of fate on Tinder. Their engagement, which came in August 2022 in Italy, was unforgettable. After a day exploring Bellagio, Aidan proposed at a restaurant overlooking Lake Como, making Italy a special place for them — one they’re already excited to revisit.

Their wedding style was chic, simple, and elegant: monochrome stationery, cream and white flowers with touches of sage green, and a ceremony at Kingsley Church, which holds family significance. The reception at Larkspur Lodge was breath taking, and Chloe admits she was moved to tears at the sight of the room – a reminder that candles can have a bigger impact than you ever expect.

There were plenty of fun moments too. “Despite clear instructions, all the groomsmen managed to put their buttonholes on the wrong side- and one even wore a different colour tie!” Chloe laughed. The emotional highlights were the speeches, which left the couple reflecting on how truly lucky they are.

Their first dance was to “It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You)” by The 1975, a fitting choice for a couple whose love story has been six years in the making.

They found Jess on Instagram and were drawn to her relaxed style and ability to capture meaningful moments. “Jess was phenomenal, from first contact to wedding day & now after. She is calm, relaxed, and puts you at ease while capturing such special moments. We would 100% recommend Jess & hope to use her again in the future.”

Best advice for other couples?
“Take your time and make sure you do what you want – it’s your day!”

Chloe and Aidan are heading off on a dream honeymoon to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in August, ready to celebrate their first months of married life surrounded by tropical beauty.
