Mini Shoot in the Forest // The Horton’s

A gorgeous September Mini Shoot in the Forest with The Horton’s. They wanted to update the family images from the ones they had last year, making lovely memories. I asked them for some feedback from their shoot and Elsie’s replied in Red (HOW CUTE!!!) Sarah is such an amazing photographer (no pressure Jess!) and it’s such an honour to capture her and her family.

I asked them, what was your favourite part of the shoot?

We loved seeing Elsie in front of the camera, she really came out of her shell and showed her little character. The location was gorgeous too / I like that it was outside and we all got to wear nice clothes and spend time together.

Memorable/emotional/funny moment on the shoot

Elsie just loving the camera and watching her laugh her little head off! / When my head band fell off when I was dangling upside down

How did you discover me and why you chose me to photograph your family

We’re photography pals! We love your family work and knew we wanted you to do ours! / Because you are mummies friend and we’ve met your doggy.

A little review

I absolutely love Jess’ relaxed family sessions and they work perfectly us, we’re not particularly confident in front of the camera but Jess has made us feel so at ease with her style and we absolutely love the images from our sessions last year and this year, its so hard to choose faves, the walls will be covered! We all had so much fun, and already cant wait for next time!
