Manley Mere Cheshire // Beki & Nathan

Becki and Nathan wanted an Autumn wedding and the weather at Manley Mere in Cheshire was just perfect for their outdoor ceremony in September. The bridesmaids looked amazing in their ‘Cadbury purple’ dresses against the lush greens of the woodland setting and Becki’s flowers were absolutely incredible, picking out the bright colours from the rest of the theme.

Becki and Nathan got married in The Mere Summer House and it was beautiful, Becki’s dad walked her down the aisle, calming her nerves as they crossed the bridge and she looked gorgeous, wearing her Nana’s pearls leant kindly by her cousin Aimee. The grounds and the lake side of Manley Mere were also perfect for photos and we got some lovely ones of the little flower girls as well as Becki and Nathan walking through the leafy pathways.

A BBQ and food trucks provided the food keeping things relaxed and fun and there were speeches and dancing and a glorious naked cake complete with Lego cake topper. I’m a sucker for bright colours and I loved the way the flowers and foliage covered the top table for the speeches. The whole room looked so lovely, Becki’s friend and wedding planner extraordinaire Sarah had done a wonderful job making it perfect for Becki and Nathan.

After their first dance to Shine by Donavon Frankenreiter (and a bit more dancing of course) keeping things traditional, Becki and Nathan headed straight from their reception to catch a flight to their honeymoon in Croatia! I hope they had the best time in the sunshine.

A lovely, relaxed, colourful wedding at Manley Mere in Cheshire on a glorious September day. Who could ask for more?
